Packing Information

Part of our flexible packaging offerings are the flat bottom pouches. The pouch is shaped and formed with a heat welding process with four corners to create a completely flat base that makes it easy to stand. Once filled, it has flat sides and the top is able to be folded down, making it easy to pack in secondary packaging for transport. As there is a rectangular shaped opening at the top, it makes the package easy to fill by hand or machine.

Flat bottom pouches can be packed using inline/rotary automatic fill and seal packers or by manual processes. Suitable for gas flushing, hot fill, retort, and vacuum packing, depending on material specification.

Must be thermally sealed.
